Check out my friend's project. Erik Gillberg plans on bringing fully custom, deployable, modular neighborhoods to market. To be honest, smart city tech really freaks me out, but what we have now is a total disaster and I welcome alternatives. Still in development, we could soon see an an opportunity to avoid the quagmire that is the way in which we build and procure shelter and services. Look out for this in 2023.
